"Bourbon" was declared America's Native spirit in 1964 and specifically states that the word bourbon shall not be used to describe any whiskey based distilled spirit that is not produced in the United States.  Yet here we are with a Canadian Whiskey calling itself a "Bourbon Mash", well at least for now...
