Armond & Doc continue on this week & start to put together a 64 person bracket of the best "Rapper Vintages", and boy oh boy is it a doozy.  The idea behind #RapperVintage is simple - just like some years of cars are better than others, or some years of a certain wine are better than others, some years for rappers are better than others.  Do you prefer 96 Jay-Z or 01 Jay-Z? 96 Andre, 98 Andre...2003 Andre?
