Here is my heart as I think of you reading or listening today, tomorrow, next year, in the brief moment of quiet after the opened gifts, wrapping paper all over your family room. I am in my PJs, family popping in and out for the day. Turkey and Rice Soup in the crock pot. No cooking for me. That is my gift to myself. Tho' I will make a couple of Sour cream lemon pies for our extended family Christmas tomorrow. Merry Christmas. Able to fly on the wings of Angels, touch from the unseen, catch a tear and collect it in a bottle, Jesus Christ who lives in me, Holy Spirit present with you now, and Father God the giver of faith in you, as you receive. The effort is ours: unwrap.His faith. His faith, in my conversation this moment on your behalf. I encourage you to reach into the limitless grace and pull forth from our final yet eternal Advent drawer. God is just using my pen or voice to proclaim it is open for you. And what precious secrets has He placed in there especially for you?
