Welcome to Episode 36 where I am interviewing Kevin Choe. This young 20 year old real estate investor, wholesales real estate. For those of you new to what wholesaling in the real estate world is, its when a wholesaler contracts a home with a seller agreeing for the wholesaler to receive equitable rights once he or she finds a interested party to buy the property for a higher price. Basically the wholesaler sells the home to the buyer at a higher price than the seller and keeps the difference for profit. Kevin tells his story of his learning lessons, trials and tribulations along with acknowledging the persistence and fortitude it takes to be successful in anything you set your mind to.
