Associate Professor of Behavioral Science and Economics Alex Imas, from the Booth School of Business, once worked two jobs, pursued music and built a start up until a radio interview pivoted his career path to becoming a University of Chicago professor. As he grew up as a war refugee and debated on becoming a medical doctor, he found his passion for behavioral economics and aspires to make a difference with his research.
