Opening 2022 with a bang, we've got Naomi finally back in the studio to discuss "Why Does He Do That," a early 2000s book on relationship abuse by Lundy Bancroft (we don't think there's been a more recent edition published, but there really needs to be given all the post-MeToo developments in modern culture). We discuss general stats on abuse in America, abusive relationships in media, and debunk some stats people have about the general profile of abusers.  Shockingly, we keep this conversation mostly cheerful; might just be all the holiday cheer reserves we saved up in December.
