Chef Dan Joyce of Falco's Catering paid me a visit to teach me how to (successfully) make an omelette, and give me the secret to his famous scrambled eggs.  Dan, who has cooked for the likes of Jack Nicholson, among other celebs, tells me all about the science and chemistry that goes into cooking the perfect meal.  Tune in and come hungry, as we talk Fried Turkey, Souffle, and more!!
