The Voice & The Coach returns for Episode 36 which features a conversation with former NHL blueliner Jim Vandermeer (with cameos from his father Bob and his brothers Pete, Dan and Bill.
Vandermeer captained the Red Deer Rebels to a Memorial Cup victory in 2001, and parlayed that success into an NHL contract with the Philadelphia Flyers. From there, Vandermeer played 461 games in the NHL (Philly, Chicago, Calgary, Phoenix, Edmonton and San Jose) before wrapping up his playing career in Europe in both Switzerland and Belfast.
