The art of communication is the language of leadership...and love
It's a pure and powerful energy that transmits better communication. First for yourself and then with others.
We serve through our leadership.
In today’s episode I share the important skills to be practiced to build better communication
The first being your tone, referred to as energy, of love rather than fear. This is the energy of leadership that is most needed today.
Second is your ability to clarify what your message is. Is it one that holds judgment and assumptions, or is it coming from a place of understanding, respect and compassion.
Third is your pause. To intentionally choose when it’s best to speak, truthfully, and when it’s best to simply listen.
If you align with today's message and feel a friend would benefit from listening, share and write a review (I appreciate all the love!)
Next week I’ll be going deeper into the power of your pause, and how pausing to reflect is a muscle to develop in your practice so you integrate it into those tough and stressful moments. Plus, a bonus practice of pausing in the moment to smell the flowers.
You definitely don’t want to miss the opportunity to grow, right here, with All in Harmony.
