-Sarah's business update.  Sarah's business, The Photographer's Element, went through a big shift this year.  She changed from a pay-per-course business model, to a subscription based model.  Sarah walks you through the decision and the one question she asked her customers that completely changed how she does business.  
-Michelle's business update.  Michelle has been doing something she said that she would never do.  She joined an MLM, but not the way that you might think.  She started the Maskcara Experiment where she started her MLM business with no Facebook groups or selling to her friends.  Learn how she's doing it in this episode.  She's also been helping other business owners learn the basics of blogging and email marketing with her new courses.
-Big Re-branding.  Over the past few months, Sarah and Michelle have been busy re-branding the Mormon Mompreneur podcast to The Women with Fire podcast.  They made the switch to be more inclusive.
-The reason behind the re-brand had little to do with the "Mormon" part and more to do with the "Mompreneur" part.
