Episode 36 is here and it’s a TMI deep dive into my life BEFORE it was
completely transformed by a whole food, plant-based diet. This story goes
into my childhood, my teenage years and my twenties where I was obese,
constipated, depressed and living in chronic pain from Fibromyalgia and
Multiple Sclerosis. A tangential look at all the many sign posts that I
ignored until it was almost too late, so that perhaps, someone listening
might start to take notice of their own sign posts and making the necessary
changes to begin turning their health and life around before it’s too late.
