This week on Crafting the Case, Sandi dives into the disturbing story behind the FLDS group and Samuel Bateman, unpacking the events leading up to the recent Netflix documentary and how it all connects back to the ongoing legacy of control, power, and manipulation within the FLDS.

While the story unfolds, Tara leads us through a calming (and much-needed) acrylic painting session on canvas 🎨✨ — a slight emotional contrast to the case, to say the least. We’re not done yet though… next week we’re continuing the project by adding molding clay to create a full picnic scene 🧺🌼
