In this episode, I reflect on how the pace of life is shifting in 2021. In 2020, everyone, for the most part, was slowing down, and had space and time to reflect on things that matter the most as well as make changes in their lives. Now in 2021, as things open up again, I am feeling the pressure of doing and not being. This episode includes a meditation on mental detoxing, a much needed healing process of the busy mind— as well as my reflections on slowing down even though the world may speed up your pace and being mindful of your needs and remembering what 2020 was supposed to teach you.
