Summer offers us a new routine.  

Less structure with kids out of school

More daylight /warmer evenings

More time outdoors

kids' camps

college packing

vacations

time at the pool

Friday happy hours outside

family BBQs and more

But that doesn't mean you have to throw out the progress you have made on your health journey.

If you say you are " too busy" your brain will look for evidence to support that.  But if you make a commitment to yourself to make progress every day, you can stay on track.
