Don't worry. We all do.

What if I told you first drafts are supposed to suck? They're not gonna be gold when they start out. You gotta edit it and make it shiny.

That is the key to writing consistently: to let go of the notion the first draft has to be perfect. It's also to encourage you to accept the imperfections.
