Did any of you have a NIKE Fuel Band back in the day?  I did.  I LOVED that thing.  I loved winning the hour, and then winning the day, and earning all my other badges and trophies.  WOO HOO.  I was a Nike Fuel crazy person.  So crazy that I decided to name today’s episode after it.

But not really.  I’m just feeling a little lazy since I have to go out of town with my swim team this week.  So I’m sharing some great information that I learned from THE MUSE.  It’s not quite an hour-by-hour breakdown, but it does provide some amazing suggestions (based on science) on when we should have coffee, eating lunch at your desk (BIG NO NO) and late afternoon meetings
