The big news in bar exams this week was the announcement by the NY State Bar Association that they would prefer to use a localized bar exam instead of the UBE. Their recommendation will go to the NY BOLE and would not take effect for at least 4-5 years. We look at this surprising development and answer student questions with 40 days until the July 2021 bar exam.
