We ALL have to grow! None--NONE-- of us will ever reach a pinnacle of tip top growth. We all will need to continue to grow! But others may be more knowledgeable than we are at a specific time. To be coachable is not to surrender or give someone else your power! Quite the opposite! To be coachable, you are becoming more powerful.

Being teachable means you’re leaving your pride or jealousy pedestal for the possibility that there’s something you haven’t learned yet that could make you even better.
