I procrastinated.  I typically launch an episode on Tuesday mornings, and well, time got away from me.  

Between work trips, life, and a mini vacation to Amsterdam, I failed to prioritize and need to get my CRAP together.

Sorry, mom, for the profanity - but this episode is about how to help others like me who are prioritizing work and life just to get $h!T done!  

I'll share some tips to help you such as:

  1. Recognize your habits
  2. Sticking to a schedule
  3. Prioritizing and Organizing
  4. Do what sucks first, not last
  5. Combine your efforts
  6. Be reasonable
  7. Say No, it's ok!
  8. Avoid Multitasking
  9. Get your $h!t together!!!
