Helen Ober’s entire adult life has been devoted to equipping, encouraging, and empowering both adults and children, hence the name of her company, Living the Empowered Life. One of her main beliefs is that we all have within our self is a specific powerful purpose. With that purpose comes the means the achieve it. This exactly is what she guides adults to discover in her Leadership Coaching and Mastermind groups. In addition to helping hundreds of adults find clarity and purpose, finds the best way to help children is to equip the adults with the most influence on children, teachers and family, with development training courses and family workshops. After spending many years studying Emotional Intelligence and ways to increase it. The good news is, EQ can be increased, unlike IQ which stays somewhat the same throughout one’s life.
