I had the chance to sit down with Jorge the lead singer from The Mariachi Ghost and the artistic director of The West End Cultural Centre. We talk about his upbringing in Mexico, what the music scene was like in Mexico city when he was growing up. As well as what brought him here to Winnipeg and his vision for the WECC.
