I had a fantastic discussion with Michelle.  We talked about her experiences with both Cryptsy and Mt. Gox, how she fell in love with finance at an early age, and how her cool did encouraged her to read the Satoshi whitepaper.  Most of our discussion was about adoption and why crypto to should matter to future coiners.  Thanks so much for the chat Michelle.  I'm looking forward to our next discussion.
