Monsta Mack was one of the first men to sign on to Ring of Honor in 2002; he was part of the very first segment fans saw live, and on the VHS as well. As one-half of Da Hit Squad, along with Mafia, Mack played a huge role in establishing the foundation for ROH during the that first year. He set the tone for the hard-hitting, Japanese influenced style (along with his fellow Homicide-trained brethren), stood as defenders of the Code of Honor, and should have been something bigger when it came to that nascent tag title scene.
