We talk a lot about "power" in our culture ... yet, I often think we don't really understand the true meaning of that word, or it's energy.
For real power is not something outside of us. Real power comes from within and is shared with. Power is not something "over."
Because of that, power demand responsibility AND accountability. Only when we stand in integrity, a space of wholeness where our words and actions deeply reflect our deepest truths, higher aspirations, and more cherished values, are we truly in our own power.
Power is rooted in defining our truth:
When you hold yourself accountable, you take your power back.
