Seen-It Sipper: Midnight Margaritas

Spiced Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 whole allspice berries
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped

    • Margaritas

    • 2 oz tequilla
    • 1 oz spiced simple syrup
    • 1/2 oz lime juice

      • Heat all ingredients for spiced simple syrup together until the sugar is fully dissolved. Strain and chill. Shake all ingredients for margaritas over ice and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick and serve.
