In Agile always talk about prioritization in Agile. Like it or not, there's always something on the bottom of the list.
While at dinner prior to recording, we were talking about how it's a great trust building exercise to not ask a waiter what the BEST thing on the menu is, but what they feel the WORST thing on the menu is.
