In this week's episode, we are joined by Steven Silva, Owner/Inspector at Estate Inspection Group Inc. Steven is a Solo-preneur who has seen success in the past 6 years and is taking all the steps to grow his business long-term. We met Steven at IEB Unite at lunch and had a fantastic conversation about the industry over fajitas. This conversation included the Lunsford's who were recent guests on the show! Getting to know Steven over the course of this meal, we could clearly see his passion for the industry and learning. Steven was at IEB Unite to absorb as much information as possible and to take that insight back to NY and his business. We are very lucky to have Steven on as he shares his experiences and all of the advice he gleaned from the conference and from his peers.
