In order for clear communication to take place, there’s a necessity for shared definitions. In this episode we discuss the following definitions and bring language around each one so we can all have the same context for communication.

How do you know when someone prophecies? They strengthen, encourage, and comfort others.

Prophecy: A lot of times it can be beneficial to start a word of prophecy with comfort. 

Everyone is hardwired to hear from God.

Something becomes prophecy when you deliver a word from God to a person. If you’re just talking to God, then that’s just communication. 

Prophecy is easy, just ask God to reveal something to you about someone, through sight, hearing, feeling, or knowing. Then keep asking questions about what’s revealed to you until you have a complete thought to share.
