This week we're joined by an extraordinarily talented performer of various musical productions including The Book of Mormon, Jersey Boys, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, 9 to 5, and currently a member of the ensemble for Mamma Mia!

Josh didn't break his smile for the hour or so we spent with him as he spoke with so much joy for what he gets to do for a living. Josh talks about what it's like constantly living on the road and out of hotels, keeping up with a hectic work schedule, his passion for entertaining, the responsibilities of an ensemble player, avoiding the trappings of sleepwalking through a performance, the timeless nature of ABBA's music, dealing with audiences filming live performances, what it's like going back to a regular 9 to 5 after a year of working in a big stage show, and unlocking creativity while working in a regular job. Josh also shares his experience from working on the Book of Mormon. Josh was a pure delight!
