In today's episode we talk about the peak week (the week just prior to the show) and the showday itself. Interestingly, peak week is what we get asked about the most. It seems to have gained some weird reputation as "hell week" and that's likely because of all the old days of crazy diets and short cutting periods where we typically came screaming into the show not quite ready so we better use this week to catch up. In this episode, we'll demystify peak week and set the record straight about what it really should be as well as dive into all the fun, behind the scenes, antics of the showday itself!
