On today’s show, I am talking about lies. Yes, lies! The lies you tell yourself which prevent you from unleashing yourself and achieving the greatness already on the inside of you.

I speak extensively on seven specific lies which often play in our subconscious and have very damaging consequences on our view of self, because when conversations happen on the inside of us, it is often more difficult to distinguish between actual facts and what we say to protect ourselves from disappointment or even failure.

This quote by Mark Manson captures it nicely “We lie to ourselves as a way to protect ourselves. Then, once dependent on the lie to remain emotionally stable, we protect the lies in turn”. 

This episode will provoke you into becoming more aware of your subconscious mind and limit any self-talk that may be robbing you of becoming all that you were created to be.
