Heart’n Soul Hospice fulfills its mission to improve access to all by “in-reaching” the underserved community of Certificate of Need (fewer options, limited access) states. Helps ensure ALL folks, regardless of socioeconomic status and racial background, have full access to information about quality end-of-life care. Heart’n Soul Hospice has a special focus on the underserved and underrepresented African-American community.
