We start you off with an introduction to Duergar! They're nasty grey little dwarves from the underdark who are just crazy about slaving and murder! Who would have thought? Then it's on to Orcs of Yurtrus, the nurtured ones and hands. Nurtured ones are orc banelings that explode to sicken you and prevent healing. Hands of Yurtrus are plagued themed Orc Clerics that are pretty dang creepy! Dylan wants to talk about his inter planar busker, asking for some change before getting his buddies, and Tristan made the Ankheg dig some inter planar holes and made it weaker, so now your first level party can get to the 9 hells!
