This week's Unashamed Alcoholic guest is former NHL player Mark Parrish

 Mark played 11 seasons and over 700 games in the NHL with the Florida Panthers, New York Islanders, Los Angeles Kings, Minnesota Wild, Dallas Stars, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Buffalo Sabres. 

We connected online when a story from The Athletic came out on his journey to sobriety. It was heart-wrenching to read and his story immediately resonated with me.
