Abby and I were delighted to talk to Emma Kertesz for today's episode of Training for the Trials. Emma is an amazing woman, writer, educator and runner and it was so fun to ask her about a myriad of topics. On Saturday Emma will run in her 2nd Olympic Trials Marathon. In 2016 she placed 39th in LA running a really smart and conservative race. During our conversation Emma shared about how she ended up in Colorado, how she as shifted her priorities from training to school and back to training over the past few years, what her training looked like going into Atlanta, her Sunday Mood Board on IG Stories and the essay series she's currently writing about her dad.
