This week I sit down with a TCAS favorite Jamal Dowell and his brother James Dowell, who is co-founder of Prolyfyck Run Crew here in Charlottesville. Their father Jamie was also in the room and you may hear him from time to time. I  really enjoy talking to these brothers in the shop and around town, just good times with good people. 

 We talk vacations, relationships and marriage.The Dowell Boyz then take me down memory lane telling some of their wildest stories growing up, all the headaches they gave their parents,  fights with each other to causing brawls in clubs in Richmond.
