Welcome to another episode of Pen to the Paper! In today's episode, I'm digging into developing habits.

Why should we even have habits? Well, habits help us get through life looking forward to something. Think about it. If you hang out with your best friend every Friday, that's a habit. If you do sun salutations in the morning, that's a habit.

Habits are things we do on a regular (usually daily) basis. It takes a while to get into a habit, but once it's locked in, we don't wanna stop.
