This episode is a deep one, and one where my guest and I get deeply personal in a number of things.  We start by discussing is James Bond a psychopath?  After we discuss how Roger Moore is a giant psychopath, we get into different times in our lives when we've had trauma.  Myself, I speak on facing life or death situations where I was close to killing or being killed.  My guest, Alex Lamas, speaks about his personal battles with anxiety, panic attacks, and dealing with youth trauma.  We then look at how Alex has been able to overcome these bouts through his own methods of healing and mental health.  It is a deep episode but definitely one worth listening to.
