Season 3 ~ Conversations About Racism and Religion continues as I talk to Shae Bynes who is a passionate storyteller, bridge builder, and strategist who ignites and equips leaders to be catalysts for transformation in their spheres of influence. Shae co-founded the Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur movement in 2012 and her most popular book Grace Over Grind: How Grace Will Take Your Business Where Grinding Can’t is shifting the way people live, work, and engage the world around them.

Shae's work was influential in me starting this podcast in January 2019.  During this episode some of the things we talk about are  how one can care deeply about black babies inside the womb without despising a focus and work for black lives outside of the womb, her definition of mental myopia which is seeing people and situations through an “all or nothing” lens instead of Heaven’s (Kingdom) lens and her latest work surrounding #KingdomOverEverything and how God has uniquely positioned her to make an impact for racial reconciliation.
