In this week's episode, Dean has a leadership conversation with Retired Brigadier General of the U.S. Army, Becky Halstead. General Halstead was the first female graduate from West Point to achieve General rank.  

General Halstead is dedicated in building future leaders, especially among students, women, and non-profits. She has spoken to several Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft through the Thayer Leadership of West Point where she offers a variety of classes, workshops, and keynote addresses.
