In Episode 39, Stuart invites Daniel Pullin to discuss Multi-Skilling Allowance. The Multi-Skilling Allowance was an entitlement that was paid under the 2011-2015 Health & Allied Services EBA. They reference Clause 11 which was a package of reserve matters that gave rise to issues with classification definitions, where employees were misclassified because the pay rate was the same even if they didn't do that particular job. This resulted in changes in the new Agreement. Changes apply to Food & Domestic Services Assistants, and Patient Services Assistants.
