Minister of Justice and Member of Parliament for Kabwata Constituency in Zambia, Honorable Given Lubinda was roughed up some unscrupulous people while on an official visit to a market in his area, do cadres have too much power? They close it off by talking about a head teacher at a named school that molested a pupil for not being punctual.
