Sometime we can be our own worst enemy. We know what would should be doing, but we don't.

Why?

Well, one reason is that our mind wants to keep us safe, so it's always trying to convince us to leave well enough alone while the ones who refuse to keep dominating and flourishing.

I've done it...playing it safe, because safe means less disappointment, and safe means avoiding pain. 

But, the truth is, playing is safe is a losing game...
