In this episode Jean Tannen joins a death cult. Locke wakes covered in earthworms and turpentine. Also, Locke steals a suit.
Predictions:
* We approached the idea of discussing the possible significance of the name “Tavrin Callas.” But, we didn’t really bring it home. I think that this name will be significant. I think that they are building a legend…a Bill Brasky level legend!
* Sabetha doesn’t show up in this book at all.
* Capa Raza has set his sights higher than being Capa. I’m not sure yet what that is.
* I think that Locke is going to attempt to steal from the Plague Ship.
* I also think that the Gray Kings connection to the boat is going to be a factor in L. leaving Camorr.
In the next episode we will read Paper Girls Vol. 1 the trade paperback. In episode 41 we will resume the Gentlemen Bastards book club.
