It's true! It can be difficult to "trust" that an experience can be good when your history has proven otherwise. The "bad" relationships that put a damper on believing that you could meet an amazing partner. Or putting a "wall" up so that you protect yourself from being hurt again. No, trusting the process is not always easy, however when you go through an uncomfortable situation you gain so much knowledge and wisdom - if you choose to see it that way - and you have more information to better navigate the next experience.
