I talk about a recent situation which  transported me back to my childhood and the little girl, whose empathic ways taught me to keep small and under the radar. This typical empathic tendancy  was born from the erroneous belief that I would create waves, if I did so. 

During this episode, I explain how my concern for holding my light, overshadowed the need to be in my truth.

But also the realisation that what unfolded was perfect because I got so much insight and learning from it.
