We are back with Criss Madrigal, mother of 3, and an incredible mindset coach for moms with children who have what she is calling “invisible disabilities.” We had so much fun with Criss a few weeks back, and felt that our listeners could benefit from more of her practical, encouraging and beneficial “tools” for the WO-MOMS out there!
In our first interview, Criss shared her incredible “freebie” to help create a meaningful and beneficial connection between your child’s teacher and you! If you missed that episode be sure to go back and listen to Episode 30. This is an invaluable tool to help support not only your child(ren) but to aid their teacher in getting to know more about your child and how he/she learns.
Criss has created an online community for working mothers to connect, as well as coaching women to create a mindset that will empower them to be the best mom for their children. We need to be a woman first, even before we “show up” in our other relationships. This is where she came up with the term WO-MOM, meaning we need to be a woman first and take care of ourselves first, and that will then allow us to be the best mom we can be. Criss is passionate about helping you to become this amazing wo-mom, to realize you have value and purpose independent of your role as wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. And she does this by empowering you to work on your mindset, because that is where it all starts!
We encourage you to connect with Criss in her FREE facebook community that is absolutely INCREDIBLE to learn more and get the support you are desiring from like-minded people. Or you can reach out to her on Instagram @crissmadrigal or email her at [email protected].
