Jeroboam's Compromise

Left unchecked, doubt and fear can be the first steps toward sin and judgement. Because of sin, the heart is corrupt and will always lead us from God. Jesus came so that we might be given a new heart of flesh rather than one of stone, to love and obey God. Jesus is the true King who gave His life as a sacrifice and was judged in our place so that we might be forgiven of our rebellion against God.
