Talking with Dr Madhubala

Dr. Madhubala, Project Officer (Natural Disasters), is Gender expert and interested in exploring the role of women and gender in disaster risk reduction. She has more than 10 years of experience in DRR work across different sectors. Prior to joining BSDMA she has worked as District Project officer in Madhubani & Khagaria under GOI-UNDP-DRM Programme. Dr. Madhubala, has a Doctorate on Political dimensions of Poverty with reference to Post-independence Bihar from the Department of Political Science, Patna University.
