I was addicted to what I thought was love — but really, it was just a temporary high.

I moved from situationship to situationship, holding on for dear life and hoping someone would finally choose me. I bent, gave, and overextended myself trying to earn love… and every time, it ended the same way — with a broken heart. I allowed my lack of self-love and self-respect  to continue to put my heart and soul in harms way.
